Refund policy

We hope you enjoy your purchase and are completely satisfied. Please review our Return Policy below for more information. 

  • Eligibility: Returns are only accepted for items that are in their original, unopened, unused, and resellable condition

  • Proof of purchase and receipt: Please ensure you have filmed an unboxing video upon receiving your order that is full, clear, and unedited. The video must be a continuous recording of the entire unboxing process, and your camera frame should clearly capture the shipping box and label without any obstructions.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of our products, all merchandise/products are non-returnable once opened or used. Items marked as "Pre-Order" and "Final Sale" are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges. 
  • Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Requests for return or exchange on defective or missing items cannot be accepted after this period. To process a claim, customers must provide a full, clear, and unedited video recording of the entire unboxing process, showing the sealed packaging being opening in one continuous shot. Please ensure the entire shipping box and shipping label are clearly visible in the filming frame for the entire recording. We will gladly arrange a replacement at no extra cost or offer a store credit/refund for approved cases. 

  • Right to Determine Return Eligibility: We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, whether a return or exchange meets our eligibility requirements. Items that are opened, used, damaged, missing components, or returned without proof of purchase may be refused. We also reserve the right to limit or decline returns in cases of suspected misuse of our return policy. Change of mind or assembly/misuse errors are not considered manufacture defects and do not qualify for refunds or exchanges under such reason.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Please note that we only accept return packages with a tracking number provided and informed in writing prior to the date that your return package was shipped to us.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and approve your return after running a thorough inspection, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. Refunds are issued immediately on our end; however, the time it takes to appear on your bank statement can vary depending on your financial institution. Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to appear, though in some cases it may take longer.

 

How to Start a Return:
To initiate a return, please email us at info@storeazone.ca with your order number, a description of the issue, an unboxing video, reasons for your request, and details about the product you would like to return.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/exchange or without our approval will NOT be accepted. Opened or used items will NOT be accepted. If you send us items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition/packaging, they will be disposed of, and a refund will not be issued. 

Once we approve your return/exchange request, a proper return address will be provided via email along with return instructions. Repack the products safely and securely in their original packaging and shipping box (if applicable). Apply tape to seal the box completely and attach the trackable return label on the box. Please make sure your return will be shipped with a courier with a shipping label and tracking number provided. 

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any duties that may incur during transit, unless the products are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We will notify you regarding your refund and exchange status after we receive your package and review your return eligibility.
