Terms of Purchase & Cancellation Policy 

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

 

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect full mount, no payment, or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the remaining payment at a future date when your items arrived at our warehouse.

Please note that all preorders are final and non-refundable. Once an order has been placed and payment is received, allocation or production begins immediately. 

Due to the nature of these products, cancellations, refunds, or changes are not accepted after the order has been confirmed.

Regular Purchases 

For in-stock items, cancellations may be accepted only before the order has been shipped. Once the order has been processed or dispatched, all order details are locked to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment, and we are no longer be able to make adjustments. 

If you would like to make changes on your order, please contact us at info@storeazone.ca with your requests before your order status changes to the fulfillment process. Any approved cancellations may be subject to a restocking or processing fee. 

 

Product Quality, Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds are not available for preorder or custom items. 

For eligible regular purchases, refunds or exchanges only for defective or damaged products, subject to inspection and approval. 

Our team will be carefully inspecting each product before shipping. In the rare case that you receive a defective or missing piece, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order details and unboxing videos in full length for verification. We will review and, if applicable, arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion. 

Exchange and replacement requests are subject to verification and will be approved only in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects. Change of mind or assembly/misuse errors are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds or exchanges under this category.
