Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Azone TAKUMI Canada. We’re excited to deliver your puzzles right to your door! Please review our Shipping Policy below for more information. 

 

Domestic Shipping (Within Canada)

  • Free Shipping: Orders over CAD $100 are eligible for free standard shipping and may take up to 3-10 business days to be delivered.

  • Standard Shipping: Orders under CAD $100 will be charged with a standard shipping rate calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. The expedited shipping option is available at checkout at a premium rate. 

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and in the order they were received. 


International Shipping

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations, ALL items going into the United States are subject to a tariff regardless of the product's country of origin. Please note that any duties or import taxes, customs clearance fees imposed by U.S. Customs, and courier services are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Free Shipping: Orders over USD $100 are eligible for free standard international shipping. 

  • Shipping Fees: Orders under USD $100 will be charged shipping fees based on destination and weight, calculated at checkout.

  • Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or import fees applied by the policy of their country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information provided. Please allow one extra business day for the tracking number to be activated.  

 

Preorder Products

Orders containing preordered products will be shipped once all items are available, unless otherwise specified. We are working hard to fulfill your orders as soon as your models arrive at our warehouse, however, estimated arrival dates for preorder products are subject to change under certain circumstances.

**If you would like to receive in-stock items first, please place orders separately for preorder and non-preorder items.**


Delays

While we strive to deliver your order quickly, please note that shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or any other uncontrollable factors that may occur. 

 

Damages 

Azone TAKUMI Canada is not liable for any products damaged or lost after a shipping confirmation has been sent, or during transit or delivery. However, we value your shopping experience and customer satisfaction as our highest priority and would like to offer the best assistance we can. If you received your order damaged, please reach out to us at info@storeazone.ca for further assistance. Please ensure you have filmed a full, uncovered, and unedited unboxing video in a continuous shot upon receiving and have kept all original packaging and damaged goods before contacting us. 

Please attach all relevant proof of damages and details of your order, along with your qualified unboxing video, to your email.


If you received items that are different from the ones you have ordered, please contact us as soon as possible via email at info@storeazone.ca. Please keep the merchandise in its original condition and refrain from opening it, as we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of any already opened merchandise. 

 

Returns

f you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have up to 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. To be eligible for a return/exchange, your products must be in the same condition as when you received them. Please note that only products that are unopened, brand new, unused, and are in their original packaging are eligible for such a request. You would also need the receipt or proof of purchase, along with a full, clear, and unedited unboxing video attached to your return request email.

All our returns are assessed on a case-by-case basis. To check the eligibility of your order or initiate a return request, please email us at info@storeazone.ca with your order number and the products you would like to inquire about. Simply provide us with your order information (i.e., order number, details of your order), the merchandise that you would like to return/exchange, and an unedited full-length unboxing video, and your reasons for requesting the return. 

Once your return request is received and approved, a member of our team will send you instructions on how and where to send your return package. 

Please note that customer are responsible for return shipping costs and any duties that may incur during transit (unless the products is damaged, defective, or incorrect).

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return/exchange or without our approval will NOT be accepted. Opened or used items will NOT be accepted. If you send us items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition/packaging, they will be disposed of, and a refund will not be issued.
